We'll have 3 lightning talks, 20 min each, with Q&A and a discussion afterwards.

Sjors Timmer (@sjors) will share his experience, and suggested the topic:

"Most start-ups work on an agile basis, and the ux designers working there -often a ux-team of one- have come up with all kinds of ways to deal with the extreme time and budget constrains. A meetup about sharing ideas, tips and tricks!"

Andrew Travers (@byekick): Fast, quick, cheap - pick, erm, three

"I'll be talking about what it's like to go from a blank sheet of paper to a complete design concept in five days, working in collaboration with a client and involving usability testing every step of the way. I was lucky to work with Leisa Reichelt and Mark Boulton very recently on a really challenging project with limited budget, ambitious scope and very, very little time. I'll be explaining what turned this from being a potentially nightmarish project into the most satisfying thing I've worked on this year."
